The company is engaged in site preparation. It was incorporated in March of 1987 and is based in Sant Pere Pescador, Spain. The company focuses on private residential developments, commercial site development, corporate parking lots, and municipal restoration and upgrades. It has the capability to perform jobs ranging in size from small jobs such as small commercial site development to large jobs such as residential sub-divisions and shopping center site preparation. It operates through three business divisions, namely, construction, engineering, and materials divisions. The construction division provides services, such as excavation, utility improvements, sub-grade preparation, paving, pad preparation, curb and gutter, site concrete, drainage, and final grading. The site development division is involved in many types of work including: building athletic fields and tracks, building municipal waste water treatment plants, residential landscaping, utilizing installation, installing and/or repairing streets, among others. The materials division covers the provision of materials such as sand, gravel, and soil, which are used in Barnett Contracting jobsites as well as being sold to the public.
